I had a baby about a month ago and also have a 16 month old. My husband works two jobs and is never home so it is just me and the kids. I have been working out to an exercise video but I don't feel like it's enough to help me achieve the weight loss goals I have for myself. We really can't afford a gym membership with a new mouth to feed and I am scheduled to go back to work in a few weeks which will take up the majority of my time away from my children. Is there anyone who can give me some tips on how to make more time for my workouts. I've thought about walking, but I can't even afford a double stroller right now and the neighborhood I live in is not safe. Help!!
